Conrad’s Kölsch is styled after the ales of Köln (Cologne), Germany. It’s a light, pleasantly drinkable ale, brewed in honor of Friedrich Conrad.
Friedrich Conrad ran the Anaheim Brewery from about 1875 until 1904. He took a small neighborhood brewery opened by Solomon Goldstein in 1870 and grew it into a regional powerhouse.
